Debators club
The Debaters club at Ample’s Nest Montessori provides students with the opportunity to develop essential public speaking, critical thinking, and argumentation skills. Through engaging debates, discussions, and competitions, students will learn how to present their ideas persuasively, listen actively, and think on their feet. The club focuses on fostering confidence, improving communication skills, and encouraging respectful dialogue on a range of important issues.
Students will have the chance to participate in both informal debates and formal tournaments, offering them a platform to express their views, challenge others' perspectives, and build a greater understanding of complex topics. Whether discussing current events, social issues, or abstract concepts, the Debaters Club is a perfect way to develop leadership, teamwork, and research abilities—all while having fun and learning from each other.
